Our team has extensive experience working in schools and we offer a full range of services, from the construction of new buildings and refurbishments, to responsive property repairs and day-to-day building maintenance. We are used to working to tight deadlines and we realise such works can sometimes be disruptive to schools. Therefore, we carefully plan every project to ensure this is kept at an absolute minimum.
Good communication is vital for project efficiency and optimum results. Schools will be offered a dedicated school phone line to our Repairs Centre, and an Operations Co-ordinator will be assigned as the main contact for enquiries relating to Seascape services. Major projects will be assigned a qualified project manager who will be responsible for all matters relating to the project.
We are very aware that Health and Safety is of paramount importance requiring high levels of planning and compliance when undertaking building works. Our company is able to draw on the knowledge of a directly employed experienced Health and Safety professional for guidance in this area. All our staff are checked by the UK Government’s Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
