Churchill Gardens, Boscombe

The Project

Residential conversion in the Conservation Area of Churchill Gardens in Boscombe. Great care was undertaken with this project to restore and retain the original building’s features to keep in harmony with the architectural heritage of the area. Construction involved converting the home into three self contained flats (2 x one bedroom and 1 x two bedroom). Extensive safety and improvement works were carried out.

Further Details

The project covered the conversion of a dilapidated building back into homes for local people on the housing register. The tenants moved into their new homes in May 2015.
